By using Construction Guesser ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The game

The site is a free daily guessing game. You can play as a guest or create an account to save your scores. We may change, pause or end the game, its puzzles or its features at any time.

A new puzzle starts every day at midnight US Central Time (CST/CDT). Each puzzle can only be played on its own day. If you are signed in and start a puzzle but don't solve it before midnight Central, it counts as a loss: 0 points, a game played, and your streak resets — the same as using all 6 guesses without solving.

Accounts

• One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login safe.
• Player names must not be offensive, impersonate staff, or break the law. We may change or remove names that do.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that cheat, abuse the site, or break these terms.

Fair play

No bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or other ways of gaining an unfair advantage.

Advertising

The site is supported by ads, including ads served by Google. See Why Advertisements for how ads keep the game free. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to.

Content

Puzzle content is for entertainment only and is not professional, safety or engineering advice. Always follow the rules and codes that apply on your job site.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
